Rooted in Christ: A Scripture-Based Yoga Practice for Grounding and Trust
Though rooted in ancient Eastern traditions, yoga can beautifully complement a life of faith. When paired with biblical meditation, it becomes a powerful way to embody scripture, Christ consciousness, connect with God, and care for the temple of the body.
